I don't know why someone who is upset will give a bad review for them trying to helpmate do their job but as far as I know this store always helps me including my parents who their English is not great but they always sell their phones and products to us. The fact that they could be very busy and I will wait for them to help me, they do their job and I am a 10+ year customer they know me. If the employee is havin a bad day don't make it worse and they will help you that's what I think!

I went to rhe store  on Ayers St. My purpose for going there was because rhe Note7 was being recalled.. my understanding i should have been taken care od there. Switching of the phones, getting me set up. The young lady needs mire training, apparentlt she did not want to deal with it!

I went to this store yesterday to buy a new phone because my phone wasn't working correctly.  However after being there for a ridiculous amount of time they were not able to get my new phone's calendar to sync (I ended up having to do a factory reset once I got home which got the calendar to sync but I lost all my contacts in the process).  Since I didn't have a phone to track the time I'm not really sure how long I was there but it was long enough to know that 2 of the staff members were doing cocaine on the job.  Normally I don't care what people do, if you wanna party, go for it's not like it effects me.  However have some damn subtlety and still do your job.  I tried to file a complaint online however T-Mobile recently changed their website so I have to mail in a physical letter which I will be doing now.
