My mom's alternator died on the way to the beach. The store did an amazing job helping her out so she could get to a repair shop to fix it. They did a great job testing her battery and getting her on her way and the battery didn't cost a lot. Thank you for your amazing work!

Very bad communication from store. Five day delivery on line order turned into a twenty one day delivery store pick up.

Went here on Sunday to get my cracked phone fixed and when I got the phone back, my home button wasn't working properly. It wasn't a big deal because I know how little things can go wrong when dealing with iPhones but they said I could come back to get the home button fixed with no extra charge. So I went back up there today and they said it was gonna take an hour. So I came back an hour later just to find out that Albert Rodriguez never even tempted to fix my phone because he said there was nothing wrong with it. I kept telling him that the home button used to click and now it's as if it's stuck and then Albert went on to say how it was because my nails were too long. After that I just insisted that he either at least tries to fix it or come down on the price so with an attitude, he told me to give him 20 minutes. A few minutes later, Albert said "okay here, that's the best I can do" and believe it or not, he fixed it! I replied by saying "yay you fixed it! Thank you so much" Albert then responds by saying "um... okay?" with a sarcastic laugh as I'm waking out of the door. If Albert's boss sees this, I just want you to know that you guys lost a customer who was probably always going to come to you guys for everything related to batteries and bulbs. I don't think it's fair that Albert gets to treat customers like this. There are so many other people who would love to have his job and who are able to treat their customers better. Instead, Albert just made me feel horrible for wanting my phone fixed. He gives you guys a bad reputation. For anyone reading this, I'd recommend taking your money to iCracked. They are the same price that this company offers but with nicer employees.

it was good except, i ordered on line and picked up in the store. the website only mentions the enviromental fee which is figured by state. i was told i owed 3 more dollars to be able to get my new battery. i wish thgere website could tell what state you are in to figure in the that tax and ass it to the amount owed. that wasnt so bad but when i got home there were no screws for the batter terminals and it look as if i got a battery that had been returned.
