I had an excellent experience at this location after being ignored and turned away by another location store #8773. Johnny and his team were extremely professional, helpful and extremely patient. Johnny explained the entire process of switching from one carrier to another and even helped us get our phones set up quickly. He took away the awkwardness of switching from a carrier to T-Mobile. We will definitely come back to him when it's time to upgrade our devices. It was a fun 3 hrs, lol!

The guy who opened my account was clueless i spent 4 hours while he tried to figure out how to port numbers.

I had a very good experience at this store!
I went to this store to get 4 lines for my family. The people at this store were very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained the plan in a very simple way. The even transferred all the data from our old phones to our new phones. The manager was very helpful too. He made me feel very confidant about my decision of switching. 
I definitely recommend going to this store!
