Staff was very nice and extremely helpful. I typically go in the morning and the staff are so very nice! They are always pleasant and ask about my day and remember that I always ask for a cup of water. Really great folks here.

Worst place ever! Not only did they forget some of my order but they put an order of nachos but all crumbs smh. I had to get my money back n walk out.... the manager didn't even say 1 word.... just get rid of the whole crew with they're non sorry ass

If i could give 0 stars i would. This was the worst customer service. I did not feel welcomed and the food was horrible. The taco meat was so nasty and taste old!! I never give bad reviews and i love Taco Bell. But i am a fan of customer service and good food this is sad. I am writing this review as i sit here now. My first time visiting this Taco bell and my last! Not coming back to Taco Bell on western avenue in South Bend Indiana. It is now Thursday Feb 8th 2018 8:55am.......

Where to start?? Ok they open at 7am for breakfast but in the last 21 days they haven't opened until 7:07 - 7:20 why, because the girls who work the window etc are showing up and walking in at 7-7:05. At one point it was 7 consecutive days with the same excuse we're having issues with our computers or someone forgot to prepare the food for the 7am opening when in reality it's because the workers aren't at work and ready to serve at 7am.
Now to lunch/dinner. 5pm rush hour 10 cars in drive through so I went in, 6 orders B4 me and litterally one girl handling all  inside orders at an I don't care pace. She made 4 tacos for 1 guy usually takes about 1.5 minutes to do so but took her 5 Minutes in between talking and walking around. It took 29 minutes for the 6 people in front of me to get there relatively small orders. Buy the time I got to my order she went to the bathroom for at least 10min the person covering for her  completed my 4 burrito order with no tomatoes or onions when I got home what do u know all the burritos had tomatoes and onions and two of them weren't even what I ordered. So I drove 15 min back 45min in driving and 35+ min in line and was not offered my food for free, an apology or even a stinking drink, and it took 15min again to have my order replaced. THE WORST RUN TACO BELL IN AMERICA is not an overreaction. After eating at T'bells in multiple states inner city to country areas this is easily the worst and by far THE WORST SERVICE OF ALL NILES FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS! 👎👎
