These gentlemen working night shift are absolutely amazing, caring, and SOLID. Every time I have come to this location at night, these guys never fail to deliver. Today specifically comes after a 2 day illness, where I needed a solid 1500 calorie meal at once to recover. What a great move, I had faith that this would not be a bad move, and they delivered yet again. THANK YOU to this Specific Taco Bell location for never letting me down. I appreciate the long days/nights and hard work you all put in. Thank you
I normally love this Taco Bell, the staff is always great. But tonight I opened one of my tacos and took some of the lettuce out, only the find TWO BUGS in the lettuce. Originally I had only seen one small dead spider, but when I picked it up to look at it closer, a LIVE ANT JUMPED OUT of the lettuce. I am absolutely disgusted and mortified by not only the bugs but by the fact that I had already eaten a couple bites of that taco, and the entire rest of my order BEFORE I noticed bugs had literally been living in the taco. Not sure if this is an issue with the lettuce or with the preparation area but it’s so insanely nasty. i dont plan on coming to this taco bell for a while
If I can rate you a negative 40 , I would've. I'll like to know First who made this sad looking thing Taco Bell on 23 North Wayne calls a Taco. Second where is the supervisor on shift, when this is going on with the service your providing to your customers. This I'm sure I'm not the first nor the last time. Third- Where is the quality control ? Thank you for trying to pass off your garbage as my dinner. I remembered why I normally don't eat fast food, this was more no food and slow! I guess you forget who really pays your paycheck.
Always great. This store was updated fairly recently and the crew has kept it up nicely. The staff is always friendly and they are very fast with the service. Even when there are several cars in the drive thru line, it moves very fast. I am definitely a regular here. Vegetarian options: Cheesy bean and rice burrito, spicy potato soft taco
This Taco Bell store is a pleasure. The line moves quickly, as does the food coming out. The gentleman at the window today was extremely polite and friendly. Top notch Service.
They never seem to get an order correct in the drive- thru … spent 34.11 waited 10 mins … I even asked if the sour cream & guacamole is on the side … he said yes! … but did not receive it once again … they put the guacamole & sour on the tacos unbelievable … what a waste of time ..had to go back to get a replacement order… never again !!!!

Best portions and Quality control I’ve gotten at a Taco Bell, and I’ve been to a few. We definitely go here versus other Taco Bell’s in the area. Tip: order Crunchwrap combo via the app for pickup to save $$ vs ordering it at the counter. Vegetarian options: In the app, there’s a section of the menu that will only show you vegetarian options.
I never once had a bad experience here and I come here like every week. The staff is always friendly and the food is always so good. This is the best Taco Bell I ever been to.Food: 5/5
