Horrible customer service. Charged the wrong amount. Missing drink, sauces and given cold food. I called the manger and he said to drive back to get the drink and he will give me a “small fry.” Wow how generous considering gas prices and no apology. Quick tip: GREAT CUSTOMER service creates loyalty people!

Just heading home from Wayne and I was kind of hesitant about getting food from here because I was gonna get something down by my way, which is a little further south. Well I stopped anyways and I was pleasantly surprised.  The food was fresh, hot and delicious! The best Wendy's I have ever had. The staff is nice and although I don't live up this way, I will definitely be back when I come up to Wayne. Don't be fooled by the location.

I had a great experience at Wendy's! The burgers were easy to order and very delicious. The baconator was my favorite - it was fresh and had great flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Overall, I would highly recommend Wendy's to anyone looking for a great burger experience. If you're ever in the Wayne area and looking for a quick, tasty bite, Wendy's is the place to go. I was hesitant at first because it's not exactly on my way home, but I'm glad I stopped. The food was fresh and hot, and the staff was very friendly. This is by far the best Wendy's I've ever been to. So next time you're in the area, don't let the location fool you - give Wendy's a try. You won't regret it.

Whoever is the manager or supervisor at 1 A.M.  With her big hoop earrings  Is pretty rude and likes to twist my words I know what I order because I order it exactly the same I ask for a spicy chicken sandwich with a baked potato  and cheese. And a regular drink  Then she tells me you ordered cheese fries.  I said no I ordered big potato with cheese If I ordered cheese fries.  Why wouldn't the cheese fries be in the bag. You still forgot to put it in They are constantly Messing up orders. And like to put the blame on the customer. SMH

Cold fries, chicken sandwich was not hot nor tasted fresh.  Also, they seemed rushed. Definitely not the nicest Wendy's I've been to.Food: 3/5

Just received my delivery for 6 of us and can you believe only 3 out of us 6 ate, they missed 3 entrees!!!! Ended up ordering for the other half just HORRIBLE!!! Management doesn't care either they need to completely shut down !!!!!! Or build another one !!!  This store always always messing up orders!!

Wendy's is always great.  Burgers are made fresh daily from fresh, never frozen, meat.  Fries are fresh and crispy.  Staff is always friendly and gets you in and on your way.  One can never go wrong going with Wendys!!

There was a horrible oder outside. The person at the window did not speak English so she did not understand that I wanted a different dressing for my salad. She was completely disgruntled that I tried to communicate what I wanted. It may be fast food but Wendy's should still expect to provide service to it's customers. I thought Wendy's would have been better than other fast food establishments. I was so wrong.

Wendy's is definitely the best of the fast food burger joints.  The burgers are head and shoulders above McDonald's and Burger King.  And for the price it completes well with the "better" burgers.  And my kids love Wendy's chicken nuggets and fries. So there's also that.

This is a good Wendy's location.  The effort put forth by the staff is obvious, as is management's efforts to keep the business running smoothly.  Personally I enjoy their menu more than any other fast-food options in the area.
