Disgusting AND a waste of money. I paid over $6 for this order of nachos.... and the tray is less than half-full and the food I did get looks disgusting . I paid for a side of onions which they forgot and then they handed me a two ounce souffle cup with less than a spoonful of onions in it. This was after waiting 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order. The people that work here obviously aren't functioning on a very high level. This used to be one of the better Taco Bells around but I'm guessing when they closed and rebuilt the store they lost most of their good staff.
When I went to the drive through, my wife said we should have gone in. I ordered 3 Enchiritos, which are supposed to have 3 scoops of sauce according to a previous visit person. We asked to make sure we got enough sauce and of course we DID Not! I guess the lazy people in there will give you what they want and do not care about what you ordered. I drove around and my wife went in to complain and she was laughed at. I would have fired everyone there. The Enchiritos are nowhere as good as they used to be, but neither are any of the workers or even managers anymore.
The people are nice. And not being a little rabbit means I don't eat lettuce. 4 soft shell tacos meat and cheese ONLY is what I say when ordering. All 4 had a small but noticeable amount of lettuce in them. Glad I'm not allergic to lettuce.
Came through the drive-through to get a replacement order that was messed up the other night, and the lady at the drive-through window was pretty rude. She also asked me to move up when I was checking my food to make sure it was right this time to get off her timer when all I was trying to do was check it before I left so I didn’t have this issue again.
Same location- Love the new building. have been coming to this location for years. I went here today around 11 am. Ordered at drive thru. Made a mistake by ordering something, lady at the window was VERY nice about me ordering something different at the window. They pulled me up front & said they'd bring it out to me. Once they brought it out to me, guy said he gave me what I had originally ordered, extra & told me to enjoy & have a good day! Super nice crew. Great wait time. Will definitely go back.
The food was horrible, the steak was dry, and all 3 chalupas shells were crunchy. Also my crunchwrap seemed like it had no meat in it but on another note the nacho fries were great but a half a cup of cheese sauce is not enough the cups are the size they are for a reason...FILL IT UP, you wouldn't hand someone a drink half full so dont do it with the sauce!!!!
Literally can never get an order right. Past 4 $50 orders I’ve had to get full refunds from DoorDash bc of food quality or missing half my order. If you’re staff can’t read an order screen; replace them.
Always a pleasant experience. Quick service. Polite and accommodating staff! I am a late night customer so the hours are greatly appreciated also. Vegetarian options: They have a few. Parking: Not a lot but e nough Wheelchair accessibility: Parking at door, staff is very accommodating.
Staff clearly doesn't listen. Told them no tomatoes on my burritos as I am allergic and I bit into it and it's loaded with tomatoes. If I have any serious reaction. They will be held responsible. Money completely wasted!
Went to this location on my lunch, ordered the Mexican Pizza with no beans, when i get back to work what is on it Beans ONLY with sauce. I had to go back on my lunch break and they remade it, but no accommodations was made for their mistake.Food: 3/5
