Typical wendys food. The place needed some cleaning and staff needed more training.  Went on a Thursday about 330p. Only 1 other family inside. Drive-thru steady. Ordered nuggets and $5 bag, cashier didn't know how to use the app rewards/offers. Also didn't know what some of the menu items were. Other staff helped, but also made jokes about it.  The drink area was messy with dirty items on the counter. The drink fountain didn't work. In the dining area, there were fries and napkins on the floor under numerous tables. Also had flies inside.  The men's bathroom had no toilet paper.

The staff did not know what they were doing. We asked for our order to go and they put it all on a try and got an attitude when we asked for bags. I'm glad we don't live in that area because I will avoid that Wendy's if we have to travel through there again.Food: 3/5

3.00 for a Medium frosty! Y'all are RIPPING people off!!  This is a SMALL! Unbelievable!   I'm going to sonic from now on!

I ordered on their mobile app, item was not available a frosty but the manager still refused to give me a refund.  The manager and the minor child associate were both very rude and argumentative.

Not bad. Service was fast and we got our food within a few minutes. Hot and fresh.

The worst place to eat in deridder. Maybe if they would stop hiring 17 year old employees that stay high all the time like Matt. Maybe the food would be better there and they would have a clue about what they are doing. These workers sit and talk about who likes who and get made because so and so dont like so and so. If only they would focus on the job. What a wonderful place it would be. sure wish they knew how to use a scoop for the ice. Instead of sticking there bare hand in the ice maker. It's even worse because the employees do not wash there hands and they don't wear gloves.I will never eat here again when night shift is there.

Well the fries were hot but my burger was not even Luke warm. I'm kind of wondering how cold those 2 pc of fish will be by the time someone orders one. They had 2 pc of fish for their sandwiches in a rack above the fries when I came in. With a group of 6 that walked in ahead of me and trying to decide what they all wanted think I got my bag after 10+ min. So note to self order fish sandwich inside and double check the temp before you leave or have them drop you a fresh frozen one.
