Please, please check your bags and the entire contents before driving off from this location. For the 2nd time in a week, my son's order has been wrong. The 1st time they put mayo on the burger. This time he didn't even get the burger, but extra tots. I tried calling but no one answers. We live outside of town and it's not worth the drive back to correct the issue. Plus, they only gave him a receipt with the total not the items purchased. Just a heads up for everyone to be aware.
The food could be a bit more fresh. The burger was ok. But the fries were yesterday's or older.
Mostly go for their drinks. Service is usually fine and nice. I've only been given the wrong order maybe twice in years of going here and it was a simple fix/mix up. Food: typical sonic food. I like their cheese sticks and onion rings. Not a fan of their jalapeno peppers they make me sick or their burgers. Their ultimate meat and cheese burrito is salty. Their chicken is fine but their gravy has no flavor. Drink: our favorites are unsweetened tea with blackberry makes it sweet and vanilla cream coke like a coke float flavor. Location: in a busy area by walmart. It's a pain to pull out if you are turning left. Hours: sometimes I feel like they close too early. Also they seem to close the drive thru and park a car by the drive thru speaker and it seems risky and a bad spot for a vehicle- not only can someone hit it but with the workers walking back & forth, it's just an unnecessary distraction
Food was good. Staff seems a little blah In the mood/personality speaking in drive thru exp only. But everyone has bad days so it's hard to judge. They seem to be busy all the time so I'd still recommend eating there.
They are pretty quick, but better double check your order when you get it. Seems there is always something made wrong or wrong drink.
They don’t have their stuff together. They can’t read a simple order and when you try to correct your order they blame you and you get gyppedon on the extra stuff you pay for. The manager thinks he does nothing wrong and customers are always wrong.
After waiting 15minuets for 2 cheesecake shakes with no coolwhip. My shake had coolwhip that looked as if they scooped it out with their finger, it was on the outside of my cup, so before I took a drink, I removed the lid and there was a big glob of coolwhip. I called them and they did bring a fresh one. But it should have never been delivered like that in the first place. I have been a life long sonic customer, the worst ones is in Oakdale, and Alexandria on Hwy 28, and now Derrider is going down last 3 orders was not correct, but I tried to accept, due to the recent events of being short of employees Features: You sit in your car or go thru drive thru.
Awesome fresh food, fast sevice!
Normally it is pretty good because I have learned to ask for fresh patties and tots so it will be hot. The sign said our waiter was on the way. Five minutes later they still had not came out. Pushed the button again and she ask if she could help. Let them know the food hasn't came out yet. So it was out in about two minutes then. But it was cold. Let them know that it was cold and they went and re made it. But it should not be like that.
