Tell you what we are on vacation from Chicago and I'm used to chicago food which is delicious in so many ways . How ever I was looking for a taco place to go eat at and came across this restaurant. I was skeptical to come here from the beginning especially cuz it's in a holiday inn. But boy was I wrong...wow I was actually amazed about they're food taste it was really freaking good, home made tortilla,salsas, and the fajitas were so freaking good and I got the burrito and I will be back before we leave.
We came in to place 3 orders and the place seem ill-equipped to handle several orders at once; both in customer service and in food. Once the orders were placed, the 2-person team seemed to work in sync, however, when ordering there were several items out of stock. I realize this is a much smaller location due to being on the island but I believe this can be a missed opportunity in tourism and locals.
Really wasn't a fan of the food here. The flavors were very one dimensional. It was expensive for the amount of food we got. It also took a while to get our food, granted there were a couple of big orders ahead of ours so can't really fault them for that.
Exellent service, all the time when I ask for something special, they work to make my stomach happy. and thats hard to get at the fast food industry them know how to care a customer. Everithing great if is possible I come twice a week just for something new on my mind.
Great food especially for a chain. Customer service was more than super. The sirloin has so much flavor and was cooked well. The servings for 2 feeds 3 people.
The food was great fresh and always hot..! My quesadilla the meat on it had no flavor but the beans were great..!
Very well cooked I got a beef fajita burrito it had beans rice lettuce and avacado the salsa they make is super good as well . Staff is very well manered and use good hygiene
This was weird I never had to go to a taco palenque inside a hotel. Overall food was great staff was short handed but got the order out quick. Only complain is that it had a limited menu option which was disappointing.

Servers very polite and centered on getting the food prepared. Still relatively new and working out wrinkles. Food was good menu board needs work. In the Holiday Inn the entire hotel is getting up and running
