I love lengua. I order it all the time. After 10 years of living in Los Angeles and Tucson, this was the best I've had. Large pieces of meat, cook to tender perfection and seasoned so well. I ordered hot and it was not extremely hot. Perfect!
First time here. I ordered tacos togo and was so excited to eat them because they smelled so good! and because I was also so hungry. When I got home, I washed my hands and dug in! Opened the green salsa and was slightly disappointed because it was only a quarter filled, that was okay I wanted to try the Carnitas tacos. With my first big bit, waiting to taste these great smelling Carnitas, I was again disappointed , it was bland. So I fingered maybe that’s their Carnitas, let me try the Chicken. Again, bland. This place has great reviews, this is just me and my experience.
Having spent 19 years in Albuquerque, breakfast burritos became a standard necessity to enjoy 3 or 4 times a week. So when we first moved to Denver we went on a mission to find a decent burrito that we could enjoy. Despite several options that we tested, that did have real green chile, we found that Taco Wagon met all our needs! You have to start with the chorizo breakfast burrito - if you're not experienced with green chile, do the mild or "half and half" instead of the "hot". Be sure to try the breakfast adovada burrito, not commonly found here - chunks of lean pork marinated in red chile. The real thing! And the price of $5.98 which includes tax may seem high, but my wife and I can share one easily. We've weighed them and they can be 3/4 of a pound!
Absolutely delicious! Just stopped by on recommendation and the quesadillas and the tacos are outstanding. Everything is freshly made and the prices are so cheap, you'll want to order tons!
I drive all the way down from Aurora, Co to eat here at least once a week! It’s about a 45 minute drive from my place but totally worth it. The Tacos Carnitas are my all-time favorite treat here but it is ALL GOOD! Thanks Taco Wagon for always being consistently delicious!!
Average street tacos. I found the chorizo seasoning to be fairly tasty but the asada and carne molida to be really bland. So, I was not too impressed by their tacos.
4.5 Guys we're super nice and great service. My chorizo burrito was very good. Also got a chorizo taco was great too. Plenty of seating there too.
Big Mama, for years, I have frequented Taco Wagon. Teach your employees to smile and make eye contact. I ordered 1 street taco and was questioned about that. Little did the man know I was going to give him a $5.00 tip on a less than $3.00 order. His loss.
Poor communication skills, burrito was mushy potatoes and very little bacon. Forgot side of hot Chile. So many other breakfast burrito spots that are significantly better. Wouldn't recommend
We make daily trips to the Taco Wagon. Fantastic, delicious food just a few steps away from our funeral home!
