Why did I go back a second time when the first was awful? Smallest portions. They strategically wrap the burritos in order to put the least ingredients possible, literally came out to be half the size of a normal burrito with layer upon layer of tortilla. Burrito bowl didn’t even fill the bottom part of the bowl of ingredients. The corporate solution? You have to go back two more times for BOGO to recoup your money. Chipotle used to be great. Now all the stores have terrible reviews.
Busy today, but fairly quick and friendly service. Love that we can eat with special diet restrictions and our daughter loves the hard taco kids meal that includes chips and a drink on the side.
It’s says 10:45am. Not 11am. Some of us have a timed lunch that’s only 30 minutes. I don’t want to waste my lunch waiting for them to open. Regardless of what’s going on
For the past few days the white rice that i've been getting on my burrito has been sour, caused me food poisoning yesterday. Would never come to this location again
There is always a long line to order, but when you dig in to the food, you know that it was worth the wait.
Really nice employees. The new plant-based chorizo is fantastic. Now the bad news: If you don't go there and actually watch the people make your dish, you might end up paying $20.27 for a burrito that has basically nothing in it. The disparity in quality between in-person orders and to-go orders is really unbelievable. Whether you pick it up yourself or have it delivered, plan to order 2 of everything you really want to eat if your order is not made in your presence, while you are watching. Hoping this will be corrected soon.
I ordered ahead and picked up on time. Food was dead cold, rice, meat all cold. This place offers the smallest portions I have ever received from Chipotle. You should consider swapping containers for smaller so it looks like the bowl is actually full.
Wow super annoying, they never updated their hours online, drove all the way there after it said it was open online and then the front door said they were closed. Such a big company should definitely update their hours accurately so customers aren't misled. Now I'm even more hangry. Yes this is an emotional review, but it's tied to my stomach on a day where there's not much availability to eat something lol.
i’ve gotten take out there 3 times and the order has never been right. either omitting ingredients or giving me the wrong order entirely. don’t like to leave mean reviews but wow
I ordered a DoorDash to my house and it came with none of the stuff I ordered. I got a Burrito Bowl with a Mexican coke and they didn’t get my order right. They also forget my coke. I spent 30+ dollars on this meal and all I got was the burrito bowl
