Very said, usually everyone is so nice. Go to place my order, female employee leaning against the wall texting on phone behind counter, then coughing all over. Then comes over to take my order, I asked her to please wash her hands, she got very annoyed, then I guess she went to wash her hands, came back and said something about me in Spanish. Another young lady took my order, she was very nice. Then I go to sit inside to enjoy my dinner, and the rude employee is sitting in the lobby with her phone blasted talking to someone to where we could hear her full conversation, i then asked the employee behind the counter if she would be kind enough to put in her ear plugs, upon the employee asking her to do so, she yelled back and said, I can do what I want. I then told her she was very rude and left, I also expressed I would be reaching out to corporate. She just kept saying whatever. Talk about customer service. I will be contacting the Health Department on this one, coughing in your hands and then helping customers. That's a issue. Soap and water please.
Taco Bell is good fast food. This location has issues with making the food presentable. Sometimes it's smashed. Sometimes the portions are inconsistent. Service is good
Great prices, the staff were friendly, professional and made my stop for lunch easy and a pleasure! The parking was very easy and my food was tasty!
Very slow. Usually Taco Bell service is very fast, in fact too fast to make you wonder. This place was really slow… they had only a couple of employees, that we could see. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes. We were there on a weekend, so maybe it’s just a weekend thing. Also, this location had no drive through but had parking in the back.
Previously I considered this Taco Bell to be much better than the Moraga Taco Bell. Lately I’ve been getting orders with items missing. Chips with missing cheese, no chips and no cheese, Doritos locos taco supreme missing the tomatoes and the sour cream, Crunchwrap poorly mixed ingredients, no sour cream, light on the meat and cheese, etc.
This location is always very good. Although the building is small and could use some renovation.
Best Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I went on a Sunday evening and the two employees were friendly, efficient, and immaculately clean. I couldn't believe how clean the cooking and preparation area was. Food was prepared with care and in record timing. Simply delicious and satisfying and I will be back.
What's there to say? It's Taco Bell! Food is on par with other taco bell locations. No drive thru in this location, and the lot is on a hill so there's a strange split with a one way section. Be careful when entering the lot.
Just revisited here tonight and am making this my go to taco bell, the food was fresher than I have had at any other taco bell around the states. Crispy crunchy tacos, the new chicken sandwich tacos were amazing here, the staff was all super pleasant, with everything going on in the world today it was nice to have such a pleasant visit at a staple eatery
Staff working afternoon on the weekends are fantastic, food is fresh and tasty. Puts the other Taco Bells in the area to absolute shame, honestly. Careful using the crosswalks nearby, drivers can be crazy.
