We get food from this location once or twice a month. It has to be the filthiest Chipotle I have ever been in. There seems to be zero effort in keeping the dining room clean or maybe they are trying to discourage people from eating there. It's horrendous. There were zero people in the dining room, and taking out the trash seemed to be the priority. Umm...how about wipe the tables down really fast and do a quick sweep before you worry about the trash. There was no one there to put more trash in anyway. Most everyone was in the back of house worrying about closing the kitchen. Send someone to the front of house to tidy up for 15 minutes so you don't run off potential customers. Terrible. And...it's like this every single time we go in there. Gross.
Love the food, but they lost my online order. Or someone else picked it up by mistake. When they remade it, what I got wasn't my order different meat, spicier salsa, contained an ingredient I had not requested, did not have the guacamole I had paid extra for, and included items in the bowl that I have a food sensitivity to. Of course I didn't notice this until i got home and started eating, and the whole process had taken so long by this point that I ate it anyway. I let them know about their error on their online feedback form, and they contacted me the next day with an apology and a credit for a free meal to use in the next 30 days, but they should really he more careful with orders because a lot of people have worse sensitivity to foods than mine.
Like the other reviews explain, this Chipotle really struggles with order accuracy and customer service. Placed an online order, picked it up and brought it home only to find it was the wrong order inside, despite the label being correct. I drove back to restaurant and told them the issue, and asked for them to remake it. They remade it, but in the midst of also trying to manage call-in and online orders at the same time, they somehow bagged the wrong order. Got home to find the wrong thing again. Drove back for a third time and explained that I still had the completely wrong order and the employee I had asked for assistance was condescending after I requested another remake. Took an hour and a half of going back and forth just to get the correct burrito order. Customer service, cleanliness, and order accuracy are all highly lacking at this location. Seems to be no management or training so the employees aren't really equipped to do their jobs well or handle any type of issue.
Such a shame how standards for acceptable levels of cleanliness have sunken so low. Just filthy everywhere from the tables to the floors to the food serving areas. I'm probably being generous with two stars because the staff was friendly, otherwise it would have been 1 star.
This Chipotle always seems to be training new employees for other locations?, which is get as there is a lot of staff, but inexperienced. Quality and cleanliness varies a lot, sometimes it is disappointing but usually OK. Last night they were out of white rice, the time before that a new employee didn't know how to wrap a burrito, it was kind of funny. We visit this locale frequently. It is more hit and miss in the evening. I avoid the lunch rush.
I ordered a burrito bowl, 2 burritos, chips and salsa. All 3 main items barely had any meat in them. When i say barely I mean go in the kitchen with a fork and dig to find it. There was about a teaspoon of meat in each item.My burrito was ice cold all the way through and was 90% rice. The place was so dirty in the eating area that if I hadn't ordered online I would have walked out. I was also supposed to get a free side of guacamole and chips. Never got it. The place is being ran by kids. $45 wasted.

Incredibly small portions, asked for a double scoop of rice and the manager said to “kill myself we can’t give slobs like you extra rice” Kid-friendliness: Very un kid friendly
The food is on par with Chipotle standards but damn y'all can't seem to get an online order right. Multiple things wrong in 3 different people's orders. The order is printed correctly on the lid so it's not your online ordering, it's human error. I want mah beans!
So last night January 24th I ordered two bowls and first of all one of them was wrong. Then I ordered some chips and salsa large and I get my bag and I should’ve checked it while I was in the restaurant and I walk out to my car and I noticed that my large bag of chips was not in there I go in and I tell the guy who is on the register. Hey I didn’t get my large chips and then someone who is placing the to go orders leaned over and said actually I’m not one who did that order and there was chips so first of one of the employees is calling a customer a liar I don’t appreciate that when there was no bag of chips to begin with. I don’t know if somebody stole them from my pick up thing when they were on there, but there were no no chips, and when I did get the chips from the employee, he basically just threw them at me. I’m very unhappy with this.
