We shopped at Talbots during the Black Friday sale. I bought 3 separates that were two pj tops and one bottom. The sales associate did not put in the pj bottom into my bag and we did not notice this until we came back to Canada. We called the Bellevue store twice and they did try to send the pj bottoms to me twice-once from the store and once from the online shop. Both orders went through my credit card and then were cancelled as the Haven line which I purchased does not ship to Canada. The two pj tops which I had purchased as a gift were returned to the Canadian store which advised me that they could not sell the Haven product and it needed to be shipped back to the US.
The clothes at Talbots are incredible. Well made, with a variety of materials, and sizes. With that said, the customer service was less than desirable. We were in the store for 27 minutes, not one person greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. I had to ask for it, and when I did, they acted as if it was a chore. I was going to shop for myself, but due to my experience I passed and went to a different shop, and ordered online from Talbots. The other person I was with needed specific items and needed them quickly, so she purchased a few things. I have shopped at Talbots for a very long time at different locations across the country, I've always had great customer service, the experience at this location is less than desirable. I won't be going back.
I’ve been shopping at this location some time, and all the time associates here not friendly- several times I was notated without smiles and was feeling like it was my personal fault that clothes don’t fit me, it is ridiculous! Will stop shopping at this location and don’t recommend. If you like Talbots shop online
I frequently shop at this Talbots store in Bellevue Square. They always have quality merchandise, but my shopping experience at this store is never positive. The sales clerks are not friendly, never smile and act annoyed when you ask them for help. It is not just 1 person but the overall atmosphere in this store. After shopping at Talbots today I went into the Ann Taylor store, the sales clerk greeted me with a big smile and asked how she could help me. A huge difference from the service I had just experienced at Talbots.
The store has the same old tired look that I am surprised that corporate hasn't gone through a renovation that the store. Way too much turn over of staff at the store. The selection of times is very small. It seems like they have a lot of inventory but that is due to the fact that each section of the store caters to a certain size person. All in a, a disappointing store experience.
A great sale is happening now so we took advantage of it. The salespeople were helpful and friendly. Nice selection of styles.
Really cute unique Style. I found a bag here and matching gloves. It was decently priced an absolutely high quality not to mention the employees are so nice.

Because the store is so small, there isn't the selection of a departments store, but there was a decent enough selection for my tastes.
The quality is good and the clothes look nice, but they are expensive.
