My mother and I visited this store because she was looking for shoes for a particular event that was happening the next day. She asked to try on a size of a specific shoes and the sales person brought out several pairs of shoes in the wrong color, and the incorrect style (an entirely different shape), saying if these fit, we could order the other shoes online through the store. We explained twice that the event was the following day and that would not work. Several times he went in the back to get the correct shoes (more than three times) and came back with the wrong style repeating that we could order online. It could not have been more clear that he wanted to make a sale and it really didn't matter what we wanted. Truly an unfortunate display of salesmanship.

These reviews are misrepresentative of the store. The people are very nice, though it's kind of a strange that I ask to try on one shoe and they literally bring out 8 different boxes in addition to the one you asked for...

I bought my last three pairs here. My wide feet with a high arch don't fit most men's shoes. Clarks fit. Period. And they last.

I visited several times.
I always felt was that the cashier woman was so unfriendly.
I always feel uncomfortable with the expression and tone of laughing at the guest.

I had never had such an awful experience at a Clark's store as I have with this location. Terrible customer service who only gave me the runaround when I was trying to get the tracking number for shoes I purchased from their store, until today that someone actually called back to let me know the shoes were not even on their way!  Mind you days before a sales associate there said I should get them in a few days. Don't waste your time here
