This store was a perfect example of horrible customer service experience; I had gone in wanting more of my skincare product that I have been using but replace the one that went up in cost, that was a milk based face wash, I told her no water based products due to it breaking out my face severly, with something a little more affordable. First, I had asked just a lady hanging around if she could help me find their skincare expert in the store (Lynnwood is my normal store) and she looked at me like I was from outer space, and just laughed and walked by me and went to go chat with other employees (VERY unprofessional). As if I was already ignored, the "skincare expert" that helped me came over to me, stood there and stared at me....For like 10 seconds, never was asked what could she help me find, no how was I doing today, nothing! And when I asked her what I could replace with what I was using, she just stood there again. To top it off, she gave me WATER BASED SAMPLES to try at home - I told her to forget it and I'd go to another store if she couldn't help me out. Safe to say I won't ever go back to that store!

Love the selection but the customer service is seriously lacking. I came here on a Thursday morning when the store was not busy. There was a group of five sale associates testing products on themselves and completely ignoring customers. I accidently backed into one of them and apologized and she just rolled her eyes. Thankfully, someone finally came over to help me but I wish it had not taken 10 minutes.

Zach was so helpful and made sure that I found everything I was looking for. He gave me a sample of this awesome foundation and knew every product so well! He matched me with everything I needed perfectly and was the best! His skin is also flawless, so that was cool lol. THANK YOU ZACH!!! I will for sure be going back to him when I need new products

Big and very busy store, lots of different brands, but employees always helpful.

Good selection of products and the staff are very friendly and attentive. They recently moved to a larger location as well, and the new store is beautiful and much better than the old location. However, the store does get very busy  during the afternoon and there are often long lines at the checkout counter.
