What a experience it made for us, Tammen's Fish Market, located inside had incredible oysters and sushi! Make this place a stop for you and your family! Oysters names and origin was new to us. We usually like Blue Point, but these Japanese? Named oysters were awesome. As we were about to eat, we saw the sushi being displayed and added sushi to the menu for us, Amazing all the way!
My favorite place for a poke bowl. Have tried both their salmon and tuna poke. Cute location inside the market place. Nice to be able to pick up treats for the bakery while waiting for your food. The seafood has always been fresh and well prepared.
Love the clam chowder here! Wish I can have some right now as I am working it away from Denver. The thickness and creaminess everything is perfect. Every spoon had the perfect amount of clam. I will eat this everyday if it’s next to me.
I had fish tacos at Tammen’s Fish Market. They were tasty, flavor explosions in my mouth. Tammen’s is located in Denver Central Market. There’s street-side parking, which can be tricky to find spaces. The food is good. There’s a decent selection. There’s some seating along the bar at the restaurant part, but there’s much more seating available in the broader Denver Central Market.
Tammen's Fish Market inside the Denver Central Market was the first place that caught my eye. Watching the chef's batter and fry the fish was a great experience. We got the fish tacos and crab croquettes. The crab croquettes were hands down the best I've had, even without sauce. The fish tacos were just as good as they look, they do have a quite a kick to them.
We ordered the days special oyster tacos as well as the shrimp tacos. So $30. It was really good and better than some of the tacos we had at other places in the city. I would eat these again. I’m curious about some of the other things on the menu
Went on a whim and ordered the fish and chips. Wasn’t expecting so much food! Fish was battered well and fries were perfection. Ask for extra tartar sauce! Friendly staff and great service overall.
Delicious shrimp tacos. The yuzu salmon handroll was forgettable. The staff were nice.
We stopped by Tammen's Fish Market for some oysters, and quickly realized how incredibly fresh all the seafood was. The calamari was easily the most well seasoned, crispy, and deliciously battered I've ever had. Truly perfectly golden and incredible. The tacos were great too. We were served by Courtney who was so kind and explained her cooking process, principles, and inspiration from her days living in New Orleans. It was overall just a very enjoyable experience and I'd definitely go again. Thank you!
Fish Tacos. Not to be missed. They look pretty on the plate and taste delicious! The ladies who served up food were crazy nice and fast. I think I now have a crush on all of them.
