This place is incredible. We went to take advantage of their happy hour which is good to get a cheaper sampling however we ended up just having our server run us through whatever dishes he thought we’d like best. Every single dish was excellent. It’s not cheap, but for a special occasion this is a go to. Make a reservation or you’ll never get in.
4.5 delicious food with a wide range, good and efficient service, nice atmosphere. All the fish was top notch and 'melt in your mouth' cut. The menu has great variability allowing a dish for everyone. Price point is fair but on the higher end for Denver. Definitely will be back!
Really delicious, sometimes surprising food with quality ingredients. Bartender and staff were super welcoming, each dish was explained fully as it came out sometimes with a more detailed description than the menu provided!. Had such a great meal of small plates and sushi, split partly with the Happy Hour menu which is every day, including weekends!- I can highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for somewhere fun and hip with unique food!
Uchi doesn’t disappoint! Every roll we ordered came with it’s own unique and delicious sauce to go along with it. The fish tasted amazing! My fave roll was the crunchy Spicy Salmon roll. The new Shortbread dessert is a must try. Love this place!
Truly a Michelin Start quality restaurant which are hard to find in Denver. I recommend getting the tasting menu, we were nicely surprised with the variety of dishes. Also, the menu itself is a bit tricky to navigate through. All the plates had great combinations of flavor and texture, and just fantastic quality of produce. Highly recommend!
Simply five stars! The food here is made very very fresh ingredients and simply delicious. One of the best sushi spots I have ever been to. The staff are very knowledgeable and can help you pick a good selection for an amazing food journey. They have a nice patio and also seem to have a vertical garden on their roof. They also have some really cool cocktails. Highly recommend this place.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our waitress had in-depth knowledge of the unique menu items and was very helpful with suggestions. The level of attention to detail put into the plates was comparable to Michelin-star restaurants. If you like sushi or sake this place is a must-visit.
The best sushi I’ve ever had. Exquisite presentation and fresh seafood in a beautiful and lively setting. Pricey, but worth it. There’s a Happy Hour menu that offers some good deals if you don’t mind dining early.
My husband and I got so lucky to get a reservation for Valentine’s Day! The food was amazing BUT we were very disappointed with the service. We both are chefs so we get it,when restaurants want to flip tables and make as much money as possible and to stay on time with reservations. We felt sooo rushed we had to let our server know to put a “pause” on our main meal because she knew we wanted the six course meal but we never told her we were ready as we were still enjoying our starters/appetizers. She did correct it which we appreciated but this food runner gave my husband a little attitude when he had a simple question regarding the food. We will probably never go back for Valentine’s Day. I think going on a regular night would be best, without feeling rushed. We want to enjoy the experience!
To preface our server Ellen made the meal. She was great! As far as the sushi, it was good. But not the best I’ve ever had. Just my 2 cents. It’s not in my top 3 sushi spots. Overall fun spot
