Great location, away from traffic and highway noise. Short drive off I40 and all are four lane roads. Large gas station into and out of campground. Campground is better than a lot that we have stayed in. We travel from Florida to Oregon coast every year,  this rates with most campgrounds we have stayed in.  All campground staff are very helpful and courteous. Regardless of the campground, there are always things to improve on. Thirty scenic miles into Gatlinburg, purchase fresh apples and produce from the orchard on the way.

Off highway. Great location. Friendly staff. Needs some clean up, but pretty good place to stay. Owners are great and friendly. Owners showed us to our site late at night.

Dogs must be on a leash unless your the park owner or her buddy. The mini golf is over grown, busted up and nasty. I don't even think you can use it.they are suppose to keep all the grass cut but seem to pick spots here and there while letting others go.serioysly OVER PRICED for what they offer!!wifi never works and the cable only 60% of the time. It's a FIVE star price tag for less then a TWO star environment.

Great friendly people, lots of trees, pool (costs extra to use), good size gravel sites, convienent to I-40 and Newport, baths are quite rustic but useable.  Weekly rates are very reasonable!
