Typically i would give them 5 stars but on this last trip (aug 2017)the cottage was dirty. I brought it to the attention of the office and it didn't seem to phase them. They never even offered an apology.  For that reason we decided not to do a reservation for 2018. All previous years were amazing. No clue what happened this time.

This is by far the best campground in Pigeon Forge Tennessee conveniently located next to Gatlinburg where you would be able to visit and see the destruction of the fire that recently happened back in November of 2017 this Campground is the biggest by far the largest inexpensive Campground Pigeon Forge has to offer it is also located on Wears Valley Road it has open mic night each day of the week is a different schedule event like karaoke picnic fishing you name it this Campground has everything also it has direct access to the city bus that runs through every hour on the hour

Very Nice place to stay. If ur looking for somewhere for the family to come or just a couple nights without the kids. Love the cabins. Very clean and nice

Nice campground, however, the lots are small. Each lot has a fire ring but if you neighbor parks their vehicle near your lot, you can't have a fire. $38 per day for full 50 amp hook up and pull thru. Very well stocked store, on site restaurant and gas/diesel. Trolley stop in Campground.

The people that work here are really nice. This place is very clean. Just watch out for the ducks, they love corn
