Awe-some! It's a campground in steroids, so It could be crowded. Pick the right time (early June, late Aug) and have the place to yourself - including "mountain water slide," water bounce house and puffed--up slip n slide. Tent, trailer, rent-a-trailer and cabins from rustic (that's what they call it, but it includes electric, apt size fridge, window a/c, cable tv (!), electric alarm clock, and electric oil-radiator heater) to luxury (full kitchen and bath). Lots range fr typical tent-on-tent to private stream-side. Activities room for rain days and evenings, outdoor play area, and horseshoe pits and bean bag tosses for older kids). Recently stocked camp store, including scooped ice cream. Surprisingly clean bathhouses given how much use they must get. Reasonable price, too.

A mountain oasis for campers! Since we've found this gem we no longer camp anywhere else in October. Every Saturday is trick or treat, campsites camp decorate and give treats, if they choose.

It's been renamed but "Crazy Horse" is a great fit. A busy park but very clean facilities. Unfortunately the staff was not helpful with local directions when my wife asked. If you want a place where kids can run around and don't mind golf carts zipping about it's fine. If you're into smaller parks / quieter settings this may not be your speed.
