Jeff at the budget lot did a phenomenal job getting my wife into her Traverse. Her old car was a lemon and they gave us a fair trade in price to help us get good financing. They also let us drive the vehicle for a few days as a test drive.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and will be coming back in the near future! Thank you Jeff and the rest of the staff. You made our lives much easier!

My wife and I knew nothing about Tapper Automotive or Paw Paw. Our vehicle search led us to Angel and eventually Marty, both of whom clearly understood the importance of Customer Service. Our experience began with Angel offering to shoot a walk-around video of the vehicle we were pursuing, considering we would otherwise be driving almost 75 miles to see it for the first time. This gesture exceeded our expectations. Marty followed suit by offering some very personal and customized solutions to get the deal done. All told, I feel both parties can walk away from this experience feeling it was time well spent. If you're looking for a vehicle, Tapper Automotive just may be the place to make your search more efficient.

Excellent customer service! Was not pressured into buying as is with most places! Our salesperson Tony was very nice and very knowledgeable! Found a great deal on a truck and was very happy with my trade in allowance! Will defiantly be back and give as a highly recommended reference

I worked with Bret Smith to purchase my new 2017 Chevy Camaro.  Bret helped to make my buying experience smooth and comfortable, and the finance department was very quick and efficient and found me a rate that suited my income nicely. We had a great experience buying a used Chevy here. Internet Manager, Marty took very good care of us. We are delighted. Our next purchase will be through Tapper.
