Been in this store a few times. The staff knows nothing of watches and they lack customer service.  Most recently I asked to see a couple specific Rolex watches and the sales person did not know what I was talking about. I asked to see an Omega speedmaster and the salesperson remarked the price and did not unclasp the watch for me to try on. Mind you I have a fairly decent watch collection and understand exactly what I am looking for. 

I do not understand the positive reviews. Every time I have been here it has been the same. Perhaps they profile the customers? But that said, I do not dress nor act like an idiot. Sloppy salesmanship. I would never purchase anything from this store.

My husband and I went here to pick out something for my anniversary. The staff was absolutely wonderful and not pushy at all. They wanted us to make a decision that we were happy with not just push product on us. I told the Jeweler what I was looking for and he ran around the store collecting things that he thought I'd like. I ended up choosing this necklace that was exactly what I was looking for. He was very friendly and worked tirelessly with us even though it wasn't a huge sale. Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend to anyone no matter what style or price range you are looking for.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Tapper's in 12 Oaks Mall and particularly Tom, an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly sales associate. I went there in an attempt to get a second opinion on having an older opal ring (with the right stone but much work to be done) updated and present-worthy, after wanting to abandon my pursuit due to a very high estimate given to me at another jewelry store. 

Tom took the time to listen to what I wanted and let me know what options I had. He gave me an offer I couldn't refuse and I was especially pleased that it was completed at such a busy time as within a week of mother's day. The ring is beautiful, and although I used a sub-par sizer, Tom's experience guided me to choose the correct size for my mother, and she was overjoyed when it fit over her knuckle.  Notably, I also had a chance to view Tom assist some young men who were purchasing an item, and it was endearing to see him treat them with respect and dignity where I'm sure they wouldn't be as well received in other fine jewelry stores. 

I will definitely return to Tapper's for my future jewelry needs.

My experience with Tappers was the best I could ever have hoped for. It was informative as to how to grade diamonds and what to expect and when purchasing diamonds. Also it was uplifting and enjoyable,  I will always shop here and send other family and friends to spend their time and money here at Tappers I would rank my experience as a 10+ and will will be back soon for more.  I would like to say a special thanks to Caitlin and Ralph for all of their help.

Rhonda is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went back multiple times to see her before I made my final choice for the perfect ring for my now fiance. We also went back for her matching wedding ring. I will always recommend coming to this place. Especially to see Rhonda.
