Not a big fan of writing bad reviews. But I couldn't hold back my less then pleasant experience this morning. This morning 09/13/2017 I went in for breakfast was greeted by a middle aged waitress who took my order. Everything seemed normal at the time until I noticed she was easily distracted by 1 customer. Didn't think much of it until she started to neglect that I was there. It was evident because a young lady who was waiting outside for her order, came in to see if it was ready. The same waitress checked on her order but realized once at the window that the customers ticket hadn't even been picked up. This was due because the ticket was off to the side where the waitress had left it. The waitress didn't even check on that earlier ticket because she was to preoccupied with that one customer. At that time the other waitress asked the waiting customer if they could deliver her order an apologized. Meantime I was pretty much done with my meal when I asked my waitress for an extra order of corn tortillas. The order came out to the window after 4 min. My waitress didn't even notice because she was eating a scrambled egg and talking to the other waitress. So my order Sat on the counter for 5 min, until the other waitress walked by and I asked her if I could have my order. My waitress had started washing dishes and had completely forgot about everything. Don't get me wrong the food was great as always. I was never asked by my waitress during my meal if everything was ok. She continued to talk to that one customer throughout the whole ordeal. Once I asked for my bill she replied CASH ONLY, not a whisper of how was your meal. In closing I typically get great service at the other location across from Lowes. My experience this morning at the Palm Dr, Florida City location was absolutely Amateur Hour. Maybe the owners should be more selective on who they hire in the future. I'll keep going there because the food is good. Most likely next time I'll get my order to go.

I have been going here for years. This place is your typical taqueria. Always a nice stop when you're around everglades national park.

Not impressed. The taco comes naked. Not even some shredded lettuce, tomato or cheese. Tried it twice to give it a chance. Not a third
