I worked during the holidays and it was absolutely painful to get through the day. A couple of the managers were pretty helpful and easy to work with, and same with a few other employees. Everyone else was stubborn, fake, unhappy, and flat out cynical. I've never been in such a hostile work environment that encourages the "employees" to be "friendly". If you go to Tilly's, I recommend the one in Irvine Spectrum or something else. These people are not helpful at all.
