I used to coupon here regularly, but now I won't anymore. This Target has made up its own rules about coupon usage. They only let you price match one item out of your entire transaction! WTH and they won't let you price match and use coupons, so it's either one or the other. (So much for "gauranteeing" the best price!) And for coupons that have a limit of one per purchase their "new rule" to that is that purchase and transaction are the same thing. Seriously!? I told them I have the target policy stating the difference between the two and then the target manager's excuse is that the coupon companies consider purchase and transactions the same. Ok? there is nothing official about that. So there, I'm done couponing here. I have price matched multiple items WITH coupons WITH getting target gift cards at OTHER targets with absolutely no issues.

Absolute worst customer service of any retail store I have ever been to. The employees, especially the cashiers, are completely incompetent and act like they have never been trained. Will not return and would never recommend this location to anyone.

They care enough about their customers to protect them from scammers. On 03/15/18, around 8 pm, someone close to me was in their store trying to make gift card purchases at the direction of a scammer who had hijacked her computer and convinced her they could return $5,000 that they led her to believe someone had stolen from her bank account. Two Target associates teamed up to assist her when they noticed they large amounts requested for the cards. They asked her (very nicely) if they were for something special and, upon learning what was happening, had the good sense to ask her if the scammers were on the phone. They instructed her to tell the potential thief that the police had been called and, after sensing that she was being threatened (she was), one took the phone and sharply asked if he was threatening her and informed him that the police were there and being notified of his activities. These two caring employees went above and beyond in providing customer service. Unfortunately, the potential victim was too shook up to remember the names of these two wonderful ladies, but we'll be back to thank them.

The operator when you call sends you too closed departments and lets you stay on hold knowing no one will answer. Couldnt even answer a simple question for me over the phone.

My very favorite place to shop! Great clothing, purses, toys, electronics, books, and home goods! Awesome prices on groceries and best pharmacy ever - save yourself a separate trip! Have a pizza or a sandwich or a cup of coffee in the great snack bar if you want to take a shopping break! AAA+++
