Not the best target by far. So so employees. Not courteous or genuine. Customer service is lacking. A smile can go a long way. I prefer driving west near Waukesha or Delafield. Completely different vibe. Worth the trip when I have other places to shop near those.

At the pharmacy Most people there are nice, they are 5 stars, but 2 are not at all. When I drop off my script they are very judgmental don’t even say thank you or look at me, they say it’ll be ready in 20 minuets I give them 40 minuets I come back and they say it’ll be another 20, I dropped it off the minute they opened, there is someone waiting for theirs after me and they received theirs first. When I see these 2 people working I dread doing business there

Charlotte at the help desk was very unhelpful and rude when asked about price matching. She was condescending and would not listen to what I was trying to say. Good business overall.

Was fine until we went to check out. The clerk put a hard close on the poor lady ahead of us to get her to apply for the Target credit card. After saying no, 4 times, she finally relented. The she had to show her ID and answer questions on the termial all while the line backed up behind here. What bothered me most was the persistence of the clerk in not taking no for an answer. It was like watching a timeshare sales pitch. I expressed my concern to a near by supervisor who said " I know, but corporate keeps pushing us to do it." The reason they do it is because once you have their card the amount of your average sale will increase along with the frequency of your purchases. Additionally the now have your information to send you emails and promotions. I work in retail so I know how it goes but when the customer says no 4 times and you're holding up 5 other customers, it's time to move on.
