This is one of the nicest Targets I have ever been to. The place is clean and neat. This is a large store that has a lot of inventory. The staff is helpful. I enjoyed my shopping trip at this Target.

Rude no customer service should just be called returns. For there lack of customer service and rude attitudes. Could not break a 20 dollar bill when we got change back at the register. It's targets policy are you kidding me.!! Would not give us sale price the mobile coupon they offered did not work they knew it and would not do anything said sorry. Are you joking worst employees worst store policies I ever seen or heard of. Did our shopping at Walmart instead cheaper prices anyways. Would rate no stars if I could

A great variety of quality goods. Was able to shop the grocery aisles for a different assortment of foods than is available in your typical grocery. The store is well-lit and organized, with wide aisles. Cashiers kept wait time to check out short.

I love Target. The one in Southington is very nice. The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful, however there are plenty that are rather unpleasant and just rude. What prompted me for my 2 star review was my experience last night. I walked in 9:45pm. they close at 10. I needed a few things for crazy hair day. There were quite a few people in the store as well. One associate told me the store was closing in 10 minutes in a friendly manner, I hurried through and made my way to check out within that time. At check out, my cashier was friendly, but there was another associate who was loudly and blatantly complaining about how many people were in the store shopping at closing time. Said if it were up to him they'd close the doors at 9:50 and so on and so on, just flat out complaining FOR ALL THE PAYING CUSTOMERS TO HEAR. I thought that was beyond rude and unprofessional of a store employee to make guests feel unwelcome during business hours, regardless that the store was about to close. As a former waitres, I served guests past close, it comes with the territory. It's not fun to stay later than anticipated, but I don't see the need to openly complain about your stores guests right at the front of the check out lines for said guests to hear it. Might make them take their business to another store... who knows.
