I went in to the children's department to return a couple of items I ordered online. I failed to bring my recieipt but, it was no problem at all. I exchanged and return and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. (Tuesday at 4:30pm).

Wish I could put no stars. My wife and I were shopping for gifts on a friend's registry and had to find someone to help find some stemware. Another lady returns and explains that they are online only. So we decide to look for other items on the list. The woman points to the area where they may be; she and the previous woman proceed to watch as we search for items. Even their manager comes out and ignores us, not even a hello. Reminded me why I don't shop low end retail.

Best services! I am grateful to Ms. Stacy Case, Lost&Found Dept, who mailed my CT Driver License that I took out for a sale representative to verify my address. She also called me the next day to give me the UPS tracking number to ensure its delivery. I am truly impressed by her compassion and courtesy which shows her dedication not only to Macy's, but also its customers.

I recently shopped at Macy's after not having been there for many years. The customer service I received in each of the 4 departments I purchased in was exceptional. The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful, very friendly and personable.. I commented on it immediately to my husband, who also had experienced this while shopping. Based on this, I will definitely make Macy's my new favorite store.
