So many delicious things to choose from. Can't go wrong with any of the pastries or brunch items. I love the avocado tartine and the breakfast sandwich. Coffee is delicious. It's always busy here so prepare for that but definitely worth the wait. Insider tip: if you just want coffee and maybe a croissant they have an upstairs coffee bar so skip the line and go right upstairs. Just can't order from the brunch/breakfast menu up there.

Really cool atmosphere, but even better coffee and desserts. I would say this is one of the coolest stops that we made in Boston. They also have freshly roasted coffee that we had to take a bag home of because it smelled so good. Also really nice people working here. Keep up the great work.

It's a hopping place, and for good reason. Get there before 11:30 to take advantage of the breakfast menu items, and since everything seems to sell out early.  The mint lemonade was the best lemonade I've had for a long time, and the prices seem high but are worth the excellent food as well as a seat in the middle of Harvard Square for however long you choose to stay.

Have always had great experiences here. just now I went in to get change for the meter, and yes, I feel I can if I have purchased a 38 dollar chocolate cake more than one time.
First a small child working the counter refused to help me then I walked to another counter and asked to exchange the money on it for my dollar. I was promptly admonished for touching the tip jar that had 4 coins in it. 
I let the tip guard know what a nice experience I had always had there and it was unfortunate that she had changed that.
customer service is dead!!!!

I always hangout with my friends around Harvard square. I came to tatte many times. Last time that I hangout there was today. I ordered a sandwich and coffee. They made my coffee wrong so I asked to the employee change it. She changed my coffee but the manager came and mad at her because she changed my coffee. And the biggest thing I found a hair in my sandwich and bring them back and I showed them. They gave me new one but the same manager came with the sandwich put on the table and looked at me very weird! Also she always yelling at the employees that's made me nervous! I will never come back this place again. They need to learn how to communicate with employees and customers. Being a cheerful person is not that hard. The manager's acting was so weird.
