I didn’t had a pleasant experience visiting this TD bank branch. People are not knowledgeable enough. I had to wait long just to know about my account and order cheques. They behaved nicely though.

This is the worst bank EVER!  Everything takes twice as long as it should and they blame TD headquarters for every problem they have.  The branch manager, Tony Rosa, is rude and disrespectful -- telling me over the phone that he "heard me out, and now it's his turn" after he lied to me about not being able to figure out why my debit card was shut off FOR NO REASON and that he was unable to unlock it.  Instead I had to be on hold with the number on the back of the card for OVER 30 minutes!!!  He did nothing to make the situation better, responded defensively, and refused to connect me to a supervisor or anyone higher up, lying (again), and telling me that he is the tippy top, which we all know he is not.

I love this TD Bank. I've moved from North Jersey to Pennington (great town) and use this TD Bank as my primary. After experiencing several TD Bank locations, this one is the best one I have come across. I recommend it to anyone looking for better bank service. Thanks to all the great staff at this branch!

Until TD Bank put it Drive-thru ATM, it will never receive 5 star from me even though I love it. I've provided my feedback and up to corporate to decide to listen to their customers or not.
