I made an appointment with a specific person in this location but if the person is no longer there they will not call you , they will be waiting for you to waste your time. Also, the person available to take care of you will take 10 to 15 min to show up.

Worst wait ever i would give them 0 stars, but not an option. Waited over 35 mins with an additional 2 cars in front of me on the drive thru until i got tired of waiting and just went to a different boa. Do not go there they have no value of your time. Tried calling no answer neither

Always super busy with empty teller windows. The (tell skinny white guy) manager here sucks. Wouldn't help me at all and brick walled me. I will soon leave BOA as all of the branches are so crowded in Broward. HSBC or BBT are my next choices.

i had bad experience with this Bank of America , i went to request a loan , and they make wait for more than hour and not only to me , there were other people upset for the long waiting time , and the manager just walk from one point to the other like he didt care at all , many people tried to get am answer from themanager without results , finally i decided to to walk away , but i talk to the manager and i told himabout the long waiting time and bad service at the branch , andhe did not careabout it
