The best bank around. We moved our accounts here and have never been happier! The counter crew are all terrific and the Managers are some of the most helpful I have ever done business with. The hours of operation is wildly convenient too!

Didn't appreciate much the service in this particular venue. Other locations they are much more pleasant and accommodating.

If you want to go to a teller there is seldom any problem.  However, if you want to use a desk person expect to wait at least an hour - and they have little knowledge of anything slightly out of the ordinary.  That means that you have to have the knowledge or they will mess it up.  I was at the branch on Sunrise and they didn't have a clue as to how to handle AMEX travelers checks.  The manager actually had to look it up.  And their advice was wrong.  So don't attempt something like a wire transfer to Mexico.  And when they do mess up and make a mistake, that you can prove is their error, they will do nothing to make good on their error.  On the plus side the staff are friendly and try to help as much as their experience  is able to.
