I have never used this wells fargo before my visit today. I went in to see a Banker to do some maintenance on my accounts. It was very busy when I arrived, which is common for a bank in downtown Fort Lauderdale, but there is two male bankers who were getting the customers in and out very quick. When it was my turn, I had the pleasure to sit with Personal Banker Gary. He was able to address my reason for coming into the Bank and fix the issue so quickly! I expected to be there for much longer than I was. He was so sweet And funny and professional, I loved working with him, and I will absolutely return with any other banking needs. Thank you Wells Fargo and Gary!

This place is completely rude they are very disrespectful the branch manager there should be fired he is not experienced at all in banking I almost wanted to close my accounts if it was not for several other branches that I had been to before and completed business transactions with with no problems .they do not know about business at all, they do not know how to handle their customers.they totally need counseling. My experience was the most horrible banking experience I have ever had in my life I have called and put in complaints on this particular location. These people tried to miss-inform me on my business which I would’ve completely erase all the years of service I️ provided and history . my business is my life and I take it very seriously and all they have ever done when I come into that branch is deterred me from doing business with them and sidetracked me from completing my goals .now when I call corporate there is never a problem, when I go into branches that I’ve been to before there has never been a problem. I leave with a happy smile and a sucker but today they are the suckers at this branch. I apologize on their behalf at this branch for all of the bad business and all of the Wells Fargo accounts they have lost I urge you to continue to do business with Wells Fargo but not with that branch until someone from corporate comes in there and restructures the whole entire facility.They need to remove some people and they need help bad.Emmanuel the branch manager is one of the most sickest person I have ever met in my life and I think that he is completely biased and if he doesn’t like you he will do whatever it takes to sabotage your life. I have no drama in my life and I definitely do not need drama from an unexperienced banker. We must put a in to their on ethical practices and people must call and report and do everything possible to fix this issue .It is not Wells Fargo it is their representatives that are horrible.Decision is left up to the manager and if he does not report this or he does not ask for advice from other experience branches which she will not do then the decision is up to him and he goes on noticed. I will call every day And complain to corporate, even if I have to go to the CEO I will, to get justice for us all. Thank you I am a professional businessman and I carry myself in the most respect.I have respect for others and I know exactly how it is to deal with customers even if they are frustrated you fix the problem and you keep them coming back I never had a complaint as worse as the complaint in this post.

I walked in the branch wanting to open a joint account with my spouse - it was about 5:40 PM, (bank closes at 6PM) the woman (Christy Kennedy) who was assisting us said we should come back to open the account because they are closing soon. I told her NO! We are here now and got here before you closed, so lets proceed. She got very bothered, was short and RUSHED us away from her desk to make our own deposits into the new accounts we just opened. She didn't explain anything to us, ever told us how the account operates and what is expected for the account so we don't accrue any service fees. Bad customer service!

WF customer for 10 years. This is their worst location. Waiting in a line of 10 people with 2 tellers available while 3 execs are standing around talking. Get off your thrones and help out. Should have told them I was interested in opening 10 fraudulent accounts, may have gotten faster service
