Nice apartments close to campus, convenient location. Nice amenities with community room, fitness center, pool table, and tanning bed. Staff is very friendly. Pets welcome.

By far, the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in- The entire third floor is experiencing cracking in the ceilings and holes which have not been repaired in over a year. Damage has been done to property of residents, and has not been replaced. A/C units break frequently. The apartments are INCREDIBLY overpriced and badly constructed. From personal experience, maintenance repairs asked to be made over the summer are not made. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT live here. Instead, consider University Edge (furnished, better constructed, with more responsive management and maintenance) and/or newer units on the East side of campus.
