Decent place to live. We never have any problems here, thank God, but seriously, its quiet and we have decent neighbors. I wish places like these though, would stop increasing the lot payment, were not made of money.

It's going down hill very fast very sad due to the management they have I grew up in that Park I am 34 years old and for years it was just a plain simple but very clean well-kept park now the new management seems to let anybody in it's not a good look and it's not working out the police are in there all the time very very sad

The first few years my family and I lived here it was a pleasant place to live. The community in general was well managed and taken care of. The rent only went up every so often. Now you can expect it to go up every year with only new rented out homes to show for it and people that don't have the same appreciation as most do when you "own" your home. The up keep is lacking and management seems rather bothered by any issues you may have. You are responsible to do your part in keeping up with your home and lot (as it should be) but you do not get the same in return from management and maintenance.

This is the worst place I have ever lived !!! A year ago today I bought my home hoping for a cheaper living since my kids have all grown up. The manager is awful and doesn't care about anything except getting her money. Not only is she extremely rude but you get dirty looks every time you walk in there . I walked in to pay my lot on the first of this month and she tried telling me I owe $580.00 on my water bill !!! I immediately called a plumber which cost me $129.00 and he told me no leaks !! then the mainetance guy popped over while plumber was here and heard me say I bout me running the water a couple times then he went back to the overly rude manager and tried telling her I run it constantly...which he's a dam liar.So I went to the city to see what I can do bout the meter cause I didn't believe it was working.. They said there's nothing they can do cause it's private property. So according to the manager the meters fine and I owe the water bill.......$580 =water..$404 =lot rent...and $129 for plumber is a total of $1,113.00 for one month of living here.......I tried to tell her there was no way something wasn't right...she said well what do expect if you run the water constantly..i said I didn't and only ran it a few times...she said that's not what the maintance guy said...she told me it was my bill and it doesn't matter...and told me it was my fault...bobbing her head and rolling her eyes at me....she is the most unprofessional person I ever met... DO NOT MOVE HERE RUNNNNNN
