We have lived in the expansion section of the Park since January of 2013 and it has always been quiet, peaceful, very well kept up and clean. no complaints other than I believe the cost for sewer and water services are a bit on the high side

Stayed here 2 years. Always very friendly to us. Major improvements always underway. They sold our home for us in 1 week! Great mobile home park to reside in.

YOU HAVE THOUGHT OF MOVING HERE AND HOW GREAT IT WOULD BE, DO NOT !  
I moved into this park approximately about a year ago thinking this would be a great area to live, price was right etc. 
The person who sold me the trailer ( Mitch), had made a written agreement of things that would be fixed before moving in , did not complete the list at all . I have had to replace my floors, carpet, siding, and much more due to the condition they were in before purchasing my home as well as Mitch not completing the work before I had bought the trailer. 
Some ofnotices for things that are not even occurring on my property, charged for them to "fix" these "imaginary" things. Such as a charge to cut my grass when neighbors as well others in the community have had their grass not cut or trimmed for over a week and are not being charged, when my grass is cut the day before receiving a notice for my grass not being kept up to their guidelines. 
I have had my screens off my windows stolen, people have had their trailers set on fire during Memorial weekend this year, a neighbor near me had their wiring and water heater stolen out of the trailer for a weekend they were out of town.  Other neighbors have complained of things being stolen, The office does nothing except tell you to watch your house more often. 
I've made the mistake of moving here and plan on leaving like many others as soon as possible.

Bought a double wide in here in the winter time, moved in was not there but a week and the furnace did not work, called the office and they said it was my problem cause I bought the Trailer, it cost almost $300.00 to have someone come out and cleaned the 3 inch thick gunk out. Then the master bedroom had a ceiling leak and rotted out the wall and floor. People letting their kids (Teenagers) run all over the place and being disrespectful to others in the community. Looks nice on the new side but the old side looks ghetto. Sold my home and moved less than a year later. Would never ever recommend anyone to live there. Over priced lots!!

This place has turned out to be worse then my apartment in Lincoln park. There are sex offenders, violent sexual ones, allowed to live here. There are kids riding mopeds at 30+mph around the park with NO police intervention yet I see the cops pulling people over for mufflers and going 5 over the limit. The office EXTORTS money from its residents. Give no receipts when you pay them for "fees" associated for their "rules" then says you didn't pay them and tries to evict you. Then they say they won't evict if you pay a unexplained 350 dollar fee before court date then hope you don't show up thinking all is well just to get a default judgment in their favor to evict you and keep the "fee" payments. Try to calmly talk to a supervisor or manager and they literally laugh at you together behind the office glass like you don't exist. Animals allowed all over the place. Homeless addicts with NO residence in the park are constantly walking and riding bikes around stealing and casing out houses. They don't want anyone to live here just move in pay rent and then they try to force you into a corner and evict you to get your trailer for cheap and get your money and move in the next poor sap. Both my neighbors moved BC of extortion. DO NOT MOVE HERE. All these facts are first hand experience. The office lady debbie will tell you in person paying on a certain day is okay then turn around and write you up, lies straight to your face. Moving as soon as lease is up and the office can feel all big and mighty but there's a special place with four letters for these people waiting in the afterlife.
