Dr. Koch and his staff are unbelievable. They’re respectful, polite and professional. I met with Dr. Koch at his local office in Gallatin. From there I was scheduled for prep work at the surgery center. I was given an overview of what the surgery entailed and the recovering process after. I wish I could name all the wonderful people involved. A special thank you to each one of you for the kindness care and respect you gave me during this process. God bless you all.
My first experience with Dr. Koch was a minor surgery, which he performed early in the morning before taking off for his vacation so I wouldn’t have to wait in pain. Subsequently, he has performed two major knee surgeries with excellent results that have continued several years later. He is always highly professional,, friendly, and caring. I would heartily recommend him.
Dr. Grutter was great and down to earth. He sat back and just had a conversation with me about my injuries. He listed options and possible outcomes. He didn’t talk over my head and kept it simple. He was open and honest about what he would do if it were him. I didn’t feel as if he was trying to push me into procedures or unnecessary options. I am happy to have my care in his hands. I’d also like to mention how friendly his staff was. More often than not the office staff can make for a bad experience. His front desk team and nurses were wonderful. They were kind and considerate to everyone present, not just myself. This is a huge bonus for a practice.
The front office staff are very friendly and informative! I really appreciate the honesty from Dr. Grutter and he's a pretty chill guy. From my arrival time until, to room room placement, x-rays, and time with the doctor went pretty quickly! I absolutely love that it's a one stop shop-meaning I didn't have to be referred to have an x-ray somewhere else!
Great experience. There was an issue with my appointment- I thought I had made one when I hadn’t, but they worked me in anyway. Very friendly staff. Quick, efficient service. My concerns were heard and I feel good about my plan of care.
Dr. Grutter has really helped me understand my knee issues and how to maintain before replacement surgery. His suggestions are spot on! Totally confident for him to handle the surgery. Thank you also for your service to this country doc
I have never been to a dr office that got me in and out so quickly. Dr Lapenski gave me a thorough exam on my achilles and his staff got me set up with an MRI quicker than I thought they would. I had a follow up a couple of days later and now I am scheduled for surgery. All this was done in a VERY short amount of time. I am so pleased with what all has gone on and I hope my surgery and recovery will be just as good
My experience with Dr Grutter @ TOA has been exceptionally positive. He did an anterior hip replacement for me and so far the results have exceeded my expectations. The medical staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend TOA for any orthopedic need.
Went out of their way to get me scheduled promptly. Dr. Koch and staff were friendly and efficient. Bedside manner was great and my husband and I were able to ask questions and didn’t feel excused or rushed. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love TOA!! I have used them for many years for numerous surgeries. I have had knee replacements and a shoulder replacement! I’ve had wrist surgery. Currently, at 76, I get steroid shots every few months for relief in my left shoulder. Dr. Grutter is so good at giving that shot and it enables me to function virtually pain free! I thank God for these great folk!! I hope you never need them, but if you or someone you love are in need of orthopedic medicine, you cannot do better than TOA!!
