Tennies Ace Hardware has three convenient locations West Bend, Kewaskum & Jackson. Our stores carry a wide range of inventory, including: Electrical, Plumbing, Paint, Lawn & Garden, Power Tools, Power Equipment, Hardware, Nuts & Bolts, Automotive, etc. We also offer a fully stocked small engine parts and service department located in the Downtown West Bend store.

I support local small business. But they have to hold up there part as well. I'm talking about customer service. apparently they have no good customer service skills especially in small engine repair/parts. He talks to me like I'm a idiot and I seem to be annoying him, and parts are never in when they say they will be. I will take my business to another if they don't shape up.

I would not recommend shopping at a Tennies Ace Hardware Store. I called the store at 10:30am to purchase plexiglass and pick it up after work. I came to the store at 4:30pm to pick up the glass. It was not ready so I waited for the piece to be cut. The gentleman told me it would be $6.99. I was at the check out line and told the cashier the man told me it was $6.99. A man in front of the store advised that's not right his name is Todd . I said the man who cut the glass told me it was $6.99. Todd said we can look at the sheet, we walked all the way to the back of the store to look at the sheet and it was at a different price. Todd then said to me "I'm not in the business for losing money". Well, you are in the business of losing customers with your poor customer service skills. I'm not upset that I had to pay more for the glass but I'm upset on how I was treated in the process of buying the product. I think there needs to be a more efficient way to print out the correct price in the back of the store to give the cashier when paying for the product. The man who cut the glass did a great job and fits very well in our door.

Small town Ace that has better deals than some of the big box stores. I will shop them last as it usually is a better unadvertised deal than Menards, Lowes, or Home Depot. Better deal on a Weber grill than anywhere else. Could not advertise the price because it was lower than what Weber would allow to be advertised. All the staff there is knowledgeable and highly qualified to recommend options that usually work.

It was apparent that this place does not want to assist women finding tools. Instead two guy workers attended to one guy inquiring about a lawnmower and sent a 15year old clueless worker to help me. If I wanted to stand there and read every package then I would have never asked for help. Last time I go there. I left without buying a thing. Very disappointed.
