We went to Teresa's when it first opened a couple times and had very "interesting" experiences. We hadn't gone back for a few years. 

Tonight's experience was much different. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food and our server was really great. He was extremely busy, but did everything he could to give us the service we wanted.

I had the shrimp fajitas and they were cooked well. The shrimp was perfect. 

The servings are huge. We all ended up with leftovers.

We walked in around 6 PM on a Saturday night and it was surprisingly empty. We were seated immediately. Food and drinks were great and the service was timely and friendly. Overall value was very good. We stayed a little longer after our meal to enjoy the rest of our drinks and didn't feel rushed to leave. I'd definitely visit again.

Teresa's has been on my list ever since I've heard the radio ads over the last couple years. Finally got to try it recently.  The chips and salsa were great. We asked for the hottest salsa and were impressed with the heat and flavor. The chicken and shrimp burrito was good.  My husband thought the beef chimichanga plate he ordered wouldn't fill him up, but he was surprisingly full by the time he finished the plate. We'd certainly go again!

The restaurant is a little dark, but the staff brighten it up. I have yet to engage with an employee who isn't polite and accommodating. The menu has a decent variety from chicken to seafood, as well as a few vegetarian options. There have been a few instances of questionable assembly of some of the dishes, but I have never been disappointed by the quality apart from that. For the price, it's decent Mexican food considering it's in the heart of Maple Grove.

Way above average Mexican food. Reasonable prices. Huge beers and margaritas (like, comically large). Really clean. From the bar you can see the kitchen is spotless.

Top notch operation.
