I was recently referred by another attorney to Mr. Monks.  I live in Cleveland Ohio, but I was dealing with a very complicated guardianship case in Oklahoma City.  I briefly spoke to Mr. Monks and explained my situation and what I wanted to do.  He explained to me that what I wanted would be very expensive and not a very logical first move... He suggested a free, more strategic option.  I was skeptical, but I tried it . IT WORKED!!!  It started things in motion.  About two weeks later, I called his office and spoke with Marcie.  I explained what was happening.  In a matter of hours she had spoken with Mr. Monks, returned my call and got things in motion.  It was very short notice and I needed representation in less then a week.  Mr. Monks did explain to me that I had a 50/50 chance of winning my case.  He quickly filed the necessary paperwork and 3 days later I was flying to Oklahoma.  Since we had never met I was nervous about the outcome. on such short notice.  I arrived at the courthouse about an hour before the court case, to finally meet the man I had put so much faith in.  Mr. Monks was so PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS.  HE WENT IN THAT COURTROOM AND WON MY CASE!!!!!   I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very thankful to of had Mr. Monks work on my families probate case. I live over 1,000 miles away in California.  I  was not really confident that I would find an Attorney who would handle the case as if I were living in Oklahoma.  Boy was I happy to be wrong. Mr. Monks and his office kept me informed about my case in real time. Since most of our communication was done over the phone and through email. I really appreciated the fact that when I had questions and emailed/called the office it was wonderful to receive a response in less than a couple of hours; which was nice for me especially  since Oklahoma time difference is 2 hours ahead of California. What impressed me the most about Mr. Monks and his office was the CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROBATE/LEGAL KNOWLEDGE Mr. Monks and his office provided for me and my Sister was Excellent.  I truly belive Mr. Monks knowledge of Probate is "Second to None." Mr. Monks, Tess and everyone who assisted worked on  my case in the office I along with my Sister Lisa Thank you for educating us and giving us a better understanding on Probate laws in regards to our case while giving our case the full attention it deserved. I  will continue to use your services in the future along with recommending your services to others!!

My wife and I recently obtained a last will and testament from Mr. Monks.  We were very pleased with the service he provided.  His rates were reasonable.  He explained every step of the process and was available to answer questions after the process was complete.  I highly recommend using Mr. Monks for estate planning.  Five stars!

Mr. Monks has been my attorney for over fifteen years and would highly recommend him for all of your estate planning needs. Mr. Monks recently prepared my wife and I an irrevocable trust after I attended one of Mr. Monks free estate planning workshops. Mr. Monks explained in clear and easy to understand language how  he would prepare as asset protection trust that protects our assets but also protects the inheritance we leave behind.  We were treated fairly, honestly and with respect.

Terrell is a very professional and knowledgeable  attorney.  He not only helped me with estate , probate, power of attorney, and legal guardianship   etc.type matters, but he spoke with me about other things that I wouldn't have even thought about when dealing with these things.
