I would highly recommend Mr. Roof. They did an awesome job on my roof and gutters. Joseph McFiggins came out to fix a small issue we found. He was enthusiastic and very helpful. Joey had a great attitude even in crappy weather.  All of the crews did their job very well and on time.  Tiffany was also a huge help with the coordination and efforts made to get the job done.  Keep up the great work guys.

I thought we had received excellent service and an excellent roof, turns out that is not the case. In July we got a new roof through Mr Roof because they offered to fight for insurance for us, which has not happened! It is now the middle of December and they are refusing to send the required info our insurance is requesting and now getting screwed out of $3000! I worked two jobs during the summer and marketed for them to get the discount, because they will not provide us with an itemized breakdown of why their estimate is what is it is for our insurance, my insurance gets to pocket the $3000 discount. They screwed us over!! Go somewhere else! Empty promises!!!

Since I posted this review, the Vice President and the manager of the mr roof in my area worked hard to communicate to me and my insurance for clarification and the necessary information. Both the manager and the VP were nice and helpful at resolving the issue. If you have an issue with me roof, I strongly recommend asking for the manager and or VP as they care very much about resolving the issue!! Very nice people!

My house looks brand new after the roof replacement.  Excellent service from the time of the estimate to the end of the work.  Highly recommend them.

We had water coming through our fireplace because of chimney issues and Justin Diaz with Mr. Roof came out on a Saturday night in the rain to help take care of us. In the cold rainy weather, he climbed up on our roof and tarped the chimney to stop the water from coming in. He was so nice and explained everything about the issue we were having. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with homeowners who were freaking out! I would call Justin and Mr. Roof to deal with my issues any time!

Had some new, larger downspouts added to my home. The fellow from Mr. Roof looked at the job and made several suggestions. Looking at the complicated roof line, he recommended a new downspout configuration to re-route the rain water . Furthermore, he suggested a rain guard on some gutters to keep the rain away from the front entry way. Brilliant! 
Mr. Roof also has real knowledge of product & problem solving for various issues, such as, ice damming.  This company makes its own shingles. They are top notch & lose far less grit than other shingles I've had.  Service is professional, as well as friendly.  I'm so pleased.
