Great food! Great service! Lisa was awesome! We did wait a little bit but the place got quieter after 8. Food was delicious, my burger was amazing! Seasoned perfectly, along with the toppings it was heaven! It's funny that when we parked in the small parking lot we could smell the wonderful smell from the restaurant and it made me so hungry!  I think I'll definitely come back and visit.

The vibe was great, a nice American grill bar. While the food was just so normal, or maybe below the average. Beef burger took a year to be served, with barely no fragrant of the grill. Not too many options for sides, and got the wrong ones with my dish. The best part I liked was the bread of the sandwich which was soft and crunchy.

After spending the day at The Strip District we stopped at Tessaro’s for dinner. The burgers at Tessaro’s are awesome. The staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing and the beer cold. I had the Breakfast Burger with white rice ask for melted butter and she had the Gourmet Kelly Burger with red skin potatoes. Delicious. Also the area where they are located has a nice amount of other bars and attractions. Tessaro’s is a must try if you’re looking for a GREAT burger.

This was probably the best burger I've ever had. The wood grill added a ton of flavor, was cooked perfectly.  Definitely a must stop if you're visiting the burgh. We got there around 5 and already they were out of ribs on rib night.  Good beer list, everyone in my party got a burger and we all agreed it was top tier.

We were in town visiting some friends and this place came highly recommended. Being a big burger guy I was really excited to try this place out and was really disappointed. The patty had little to no seasoning and that quality beef taste just wasn’t there. Overall it was a pretty mediocre burger that you can find at your average neighborhood bar. However the service was great and the potato salad is worth trying! I hope we came on an off night because I really wanted to like this place.

Always good.  Cajun burger with home fries!  A staple restaurant in Pittsburgh.  Did I say the staff is super friendly.

The best burgers in the burgh! I got the bacon Bleu burger and it was mouthwatering cooked to perfection, I ordered it med. It was a busy night and we opted to sit at the bar. Out service was great! We left at 650 pm and diners were pouring in. The prices we very reasonable  especially for a restaurant in the city.

Over an hour of waiting at our table, for two Cheeseburgers?  On a positive note, our greeter, server and possibly a manager were very pleasant.  We were sat in the back room this evening, eventually the entire back room cleared out & we were still waiting for our order, wondering...our server said that the kitchen got hit, "all at once", it would only be about five minutes, or more?...At this point we decided to leave. They comped our Beer, cool.  Yet we left so super hungry. My boyfriend and I have both work in the food service industry, for years. He is culinary trained & has worked for April Bloomfield, right out of culinary school. I've managed a handful of NYC restaurants. We saw their kitchen staff, we saw their tables sat - there is absolutely no reason we should have waited for over an hour, at our table - for two Cheeseburgers that didn't even make it to the pass.  Disappointed as this is our new neighborhood and we've heard such great things about this place. Only at this point, we have zero interest in returning.

When I'm here, I feel as if I'm in Ireland in a neighborhood pub. The food is superb. The waitresses are quite lovely and efficient.  The atmosphere is festive and delightful. The beer is cold. Tesssos deserves 10 stars. When I step outside, I expect to be on O'Connell street in Dublin. I will return again and again. And again!!
