Went to the drive thru at 1pm on Friday. Service was fast and friendly. The food was hot and very good. The chicken nuggets and fries were great. Usually when I eat fries or nuggets they taste like old grease, but these were spot on. You can tell they must have just changed the oil.  Best Wendy's I have had.. maybe ever.

Staff here is always friendly! Given how busy they get even late at night, they'd be forgiven for seeming cranky, but that's never the case. Preferable to other fast food spots if that's what you're in the mood for. And the Frosty machine at this location seems to work more consistently/for later hours.Food: 3/5

My order was 95%wrong. I was home when I open the bag. The fries were great, but I ordered ketchup and pickle on my cheeseburger... got mayo and no cheese. My husband ordered the pretzel bun special,  only got the burger cheese... no crispy onions and the rest. Have never gotten it so wrong at this location.

Although I always enjoy Wendy's spicy chicken when I finally get it in my correct order.. But for some reason, ordering through the mobile app or drive through in Pittsburgh is such a VERY disappointing experience.. it's actually as if they'd take you for granted or if there aren't any other fast food restaurants. Such a shame for a corporate to not check on a VERY poorly trained employees who are mostly inexperienced kids.

Usually Dave's single is a great sandwich. I decided to buy Dave's double. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant eating experience i don't want to be negative just telling the truth. Didn't taste anywhere like a Dave's single. In fact I bought 2 Dave's doubles  the sandwiches were very dry, no taste, bun fell apart. I will continue to eat at Wendy's on the safe side only Dave's singles. Good luck  Parking: You have the option to park and walk in the restaurant and order just can&#39;t eat your food in the restaurant have to the food out.

Wish I was able to rate a little higher considering that I used to work here but the 2 stars are for the only 2 people in uniform and knew what they were doing. Everyone else was running around confused. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. So glad I don't work there anymore

I had a DoorDash pickup tonight at this Wendy’s and I was denied service. The lady said the store was closed because of “short staff” she then proceeded to serve the people in front of me. Then I over heard her saying if they want their order they should clock in and make it. Drove by 20 minutes later for another order and it was open and serving people and that person had clocked out already. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. They service is awful. Always slow, employees are very rude. They do not care about work, customers or the company. A whole realignment of staff is what is needed for this Wendy’s.

If you’re looking for a normal Wendy’s experience where they can honor/accept your rewards ad get your order correct, don’t go to this one. Even with the recent “help” they still need more.

Burger was very small with only meat on it. Gross. My taco salad was just chili and lettuce with chips. No salsa at all or sour cream. This was in pittsburgh. Would go there againFood: 2/5

The workers are always polite, always great service, even if I have to wait. Tonight, they were horribly mistreated. Understaffed and flooded by shitlords parking in the street because they couldn't be bothered to wait in the drive thru. Couldn't even order food because they had to close early due to understaffing and being overwhelmed by this crowd. To the owner of this Wendy's: PAY YOUR WORKERS WHAT THEYRE WORTH. Then you might not have retention or turnover issues, and your employees will be happy, and you won't have them overworked to the point that some of them can't come in. Pay them more, do better. This failure is at the owner and company's feet.  Parking: Plenty of spots, loads of people too stupid to figure out how to use them  Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and accessible parking up front
