I went in to have my truck detailed. First of all I spent  $160 and the truck is far from detailed! Door handles not even cleaned. Steering column full of dust...and the list goes on.
 When I got there the manager told me it was going to take 2 hours.....I was there for 3 and a half hours!!! Insane....I have my house cleaned better, faster and cheaper (2,500 sqft)than they did my truck.
That's not the first time I have been disappointed with this car wash
Needless to say that they lost my business.

I’m a meticulous person, especially when it comes to cleaning my cars. I have two Subarbans and when I’m not able to clean them I bring them to Texas Splish Splash Car Wash. They are old school with their methods of cleaning (clean by hands) which leaves little room for error. I’ve been coming here for years now and they’ve earned my trust and loyalty. At the end of the day this is the place I would refer anyone to come to get his or her vehicle cleaned.  The service is good too.

This carwash is excellent. The staff is polite, courteous and professional. My SUV looks like it just left The dealership floor room, and it's 7 years old. After my first visit, I signed up for the VIP package!!
The best time to come is during the week because lines are long on weekends.

This is the best car wash in the area. I have been to the location in Webster and in Pearland. The Pearland is by far the best. I enjoy their service so much I bought a membership for both of my vehicles. They keep my vechicles looking so sharp. Never had any problems with them. I go by there once a week at least and always get fast and friendly service. They are the only place I will trust to wash my SRT-10. 😎

Since I have made the original post things have changed here  The people are still friendly, but the service and quality have declined. I canceled the membership I had on both of my cars. Their attention to detail has changed to attention to production and prophet. I have had to walk my vehicle and point out all the places they missed or that didn't look right to get a quality car wash. When I went in to cancel my membership all the sudden they were willing to clean my rims right for free instead of upcharging me to do something they should already be doing. I have been by there during their normal hours and they have been closed or I got there before they closed and they would not wash my truck because they started closing early. I have supported and recommended the local business and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that it came to this over there new ways of doing business. I really like the idea of getting my vechicles hand washed, but I will be finding an alternative method. Even if it means I have to pay more or do it myself. You have lost a good customer and you will lose more if you keep doing business like you are now. Changed my 5 star rating to 2 stars.

I have never had a bad car was here. My truck and can have always come out looking beautifully clean. The waiting room inside is  comfy and there's also a space outside with benches and tables if you'd like 2 wait outside. Service has always been friendly. I'd recommend this place and get the punchcard because sooner or later you will get a free car wash.
