Horrible service!! NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY AT ALL! they expected my 3 yr old quadriplegic son who has no control over his movements to sign his name!!! Ridiculous! Never again will i come back! They have no customer or people skills. They put my son under so much stress. I am so disgusted with their knowledge of people with special needs, it breaks my heart!

I was afraid after reading the reviews to go to this location but it is the closest location to me. Every one right from the start was very friendly and helpful. Today i had my road test, i was frighted to have the woman that everyone refers to as the "heavy set Mexican lady" in the comments below and guess who i got? First of all let me say that a lot of these comments are coming from people who just have an ugly heart and clearly poor driving skills. This lady was super bubbly and sweet. I was nervous and she reassured me that i could do it. At the end of my test she told me what i could improve on and i passed. This woman has a very important job, to keep unskilled/unsafe drivers off the road. I appreciate her and all she does to keep our roads safe. It's no one else fault but your own if you fail the test. I would just try harder next time and not have an ugly attitude about it.

I was assisted by different personnel on multiple occasions and the staff was very friendly and professional. Thanks to Penny Vosburg, Jaelyn Edwards and the staff for all support and professionalism to the public.

very rude an unprofessional its already hard to make it to the dmv before it closed when you havr a day job like most adults but the fact that the lady was in such a rush to go home i couldnt even ask for info because she was so quick to turn ne away. if i could give 0 stars i would

Great staff very helpful and friendly.... can't hold it against them if I don't bring proper documents..... Or if they are busy! Been here about 6 times all went well!
