Doctor's AND Staff's are very friendly... the wait time isn't long at all except when you have a procedure other then that, its an in and out appointment and that's what I like, but I do stay a little longer after so my kids can enjoy themselves. I love the Dental Clinic it's self... it has its own arcade room, a small theater, a small little play room and on the other side I think they call it a jungle room but it's big... Love it... they have so many things to entertain the kids while you wait... after the appointment, they make sure you get another set appointment and they also call and text to remind you of the appointment. They also give out ice cream and cookies, balloons and toys to the kids and adults... Love this place couldn't recommend it enough...

I went in as an emergency for my daughter she fell off her bike and I was so scared i went in crying my eyes out and the entire staff was so friendly the dentist was so nice and helped me feel so much better. The hours are very convenient.

So the amenities are amazing. Big play area, carousel, train, tablets, arcade area, theatre area, ice cream and cookies?! Ect. The staff are always nice and super kid friendly. So for that alone i would give 5 stars. However, wait times are always pretty lengthy, which is okay if you have 2 hours to be there for just a cleaning. Sometimes they are pretty quick but its not in and out. Today i was let down though. No where is perfect and we would not find another dentist because of it but just be more cautious with when we schedule out appointments. we went for a cavity filling and only after asking how long the actual procedure would take was i informed  casually that they were behind an hour because “it was spring break and people are probably just busy”. Apparently no matter how late you are for an appt they will still take you, but in return make everyone else who is on time have a later appointment. Good for the late ones, not so much for the ones who get there on time. I do not agree with this method of scheduling and therefore gave them 3 stars. Because thats honestly more important to me than the movies, playground and cookies and icecream (but thats a plus!)

Conflicting experience here. Nice enough to treat my wife for wisdom teeth and fillings (19) at the time. Fun and entertaining for the kids but when we went for wisdom teeth removal they changed the price 4 times and what was originally 300 dollars end up costing 500 on the spot, this was told to us, the day of the surgery. Surgery was at 10 originally but it got moved to 12. Cool place for the kids but over all unreliable. Would not recommend

Your spooktacular event was very exciting and fun. Your staff was so friendly and so welcoming. The only suggestion I have, is that next time you do an event SPREAD OUT the tables!! All the activities were way to close and people were cutting the "lines " that were supposed to be formed.
