Fun little museum about the Texas prison system. You get to see "Old Sparky" (chair used for electricutions), items crafted by prisoners, many items from Bonnie and Clyde.

A wonderful museum of the history of the Texas Prison System. Great now but will be fantastic once the museum is expanded within the next couple of years. I can't wait!

Fascinating history of the Huntsville prison. Definitely worth the stop. The tour is $5 for Adults but they have several discounts so check them out.

Very interesting. I was afraid it would be gory and unappealing but it wasn't. The gift shop inside the museum has a lot of awesome handmade leather and wood items made by the prisoners that is very high quality. You can shop at the gift shop without having to pay to tour the museum if you just want to see their products.
