When we visited last night they we extremely busy.  We used call-ahead seating and we waited less than five minutes for a table.

A server took our orders almost immediately, the food was good and arrived promptly, exactly as ordered.  Our drinks were refilled before they were empty, the check was brought promptly and was correct. The servers were polite and experienced.

That being said, I rated only four stars for several reasons.  

The restrooms were much overused and not tended adequately.

Traffic congestion, aggressive drivers on Shelbyville Road and a congested parking lot.

Overcrowding inside the facility,  making it difficult to to move about without being bumped and jostled by staff and customers.

So much noise that conversation was difficult at best.  

Staff so attentive that it was apparent they wanted us to finish our meal and leave so they could seat another party.

This is a business that is suffering from success.

Busy busy busy but very well ran. Was greeted by 3 different Roadhouse workers. The atmosphere was lively and energetic.   Was sat down and attended to promptly. The food was great as always (ribs) and was brought out in a timely manner. Had a nice little chat with the service manager when he checked on me.
I dine here frequently and am never dissapointed.

I give this place a one star only because you can't go any lower than that one on this site. I went there a little over a week ago during the beginning of its busy hours. I knew there would be a wait but was told by the hostesses upon entering that if I could find a seat in the bar area I wouldn't have to wait. So I did, only to be told sorry, you can't sit here, the hostesses told you wrong. I asked for the manager and was nastily greeted by someone who claimed to be the evening manager. Instead of trying to offer to speak to the hostesses and remedy the problem he spoke to me like I was bothering him and that he could care less. Needless to say I walked out, and I will not return. I went down the road to The Irish Rover where it was just as busy but the staff knew how to do their jobs properly and politely. I don't get out often for a sit down meal but when I do Texas Roadhouse will be the last place I consider going to from now on.

I used to love this place but it has gone down here since the move. The wait staff have trouble with simple requests like 'bring my chili out before my meal'  They are so busy dancing around the restaurant that they cant even do thier jobs. The food itself is not bad. I recommend that you do not get the baked potato as it is it often under cooked and they feel the need to coat it in salt (thanks my heart needs that) but other than that, the food is good. If they could get the staff to stop playing games and actually serve the customers it would be great

This is an awesome place to go with your family, friends, date or business. They have a great menu, good variety of drinks and very friendly staff to make your experience even more unforgettable. Wait time is always reasonable.

I have been to various TRH and they are all very constant. Food is always on point. Manager is always friendly & available, always ready to fix anything gone wrong. The staff in this particular was very personable and made the experience memorable by making my son feel comfortable and happy. The food was on-point! My meat was cooked to perfection and it was all hot.

This is definitely a Restaurant I will be visiting a few more times!
